Tip When blanching the greens, put some oil in the water so that the greens are greener and put some salt to let the saltiness seep into the greens.


How to make seaweed steak with greens


Ingredients Prepare the greens.Sea rice.Onion.Ginger.Dried chillies.Salt.Yak oil.
Method Step 1. First, remove the stems of the greens and wash them, put them in boiling water, blanch them and then fish them out and set them aside to cool.
2. Drain the water and yard together, cut into two, the roots and leaves should be separated.
3. Soak the sea rice in water for 5 minutes. Cut the dried chillies into pieces.
4. Wash the green onions and cut them into florets; wash the ginger and cut it into fine julienne strips.
5. Heat oil in a wok. When the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and ginger, and burst into flames.
6. Next, add the dried chillies, then pour in the sea rice and stir-fry, pour in the yak oil and stir-fry evenly.
7. Then add the root part of the rape and stir-fry, followed by the leaf part and stir-fry evenly.
Finally, add salt to taste and remove from the pan.
Tip: When stir-frying the greens, always remember to stir-fry the root part of the greens, then the leaf part, so that they can be evenly heated.
