Korean bibimbap

Step 1: Add 1 tbsp of wine, soy sauce and oil to the ground beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. mix Korean chili with sugar and water and shred vegetables.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add beef and stir-fry until browned, blanch vegetables and set aside.
4. grease the bottom of a stone pan, pour in the rice, lay the beef and vegetables on top and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Then fry an egg and lay it on top of the vegetables.
